Also, try to beat what I tanked yesterday (no dp) ! See attachment
I have done 10 smites and 3 cfs....so I'll give that a try although I don't think a tank like the one in your pic is even necessary at any point during the smite run.

Tsunami Rain don't close the thread. If I do end up getting my time down to where I think I can I would like to post that vid. I am sure Fenixxor feels the same way.

Actually if you're going for the most efficient run, that pull is necessary sometimes, depending on how the smites spawn. I always grab both of those coldfire groups together, but sometimes theres a single group of smites in the middle of them (they're usually higher up though.) I tank an identical group (as in Cerb's pic) about once every 3rd or 4th run.

lol that happened to me quite a few times (pulling the smites back and accidentally running into the coldfires). I usually just end up dead. Maybe I'll try it sometime, but recently I've been doing a lot of FoW. Haven't done a lot of 55 tanking in uw lately.

As you know I'm the scardy-55 and try to grab as many as possible that I know I can tank even if my ss somehow screws up a bit. Pulling like you do is for the insane . I guess that means I'll have to try it sometime

Well I did 11 smites and 3 coldfires..thats the good news...bad news is I couldn't stop to take a screen shot. I didn't quite expect it to be that much they just all came out of nowhere so I didn't tell my necro to be prepared...oh and how do I know it was 11.....I died after 2 minutes....we killed the cfs but the smites weren't grouped well so they were able to smite hex....so when I died I counted them up....

I know this means little without a screenshot....I'll try to get 1 next time.

Me and my guildleader will run down an hour and 30 minutes. We've done many many smite runs over 200 or so with ice king quest. May the challenge commence.
